Among young people: #GenerationDecarbonation
At TOMPASSE, we are committed to promoting decarbonisation in the Aeronautics, Space & Embedded Systems sectors in Occitanie. Through our participation at SIANE, we want to highlight the commitment of young professionals in our industry to this transition.
The highlight of the show will be dedicated to the dynamics of decarbonisation in the aerospace sector. Young professionals, engineers, mechanics and researchers will be on hand to share their experiences, their professions and their vision of a low-carbon future. Our ambition? To encourage new generations to get involved in this transformation, through inspiring testimonials and discussions on the solutions of tomorrow.
Session 1 from 11am to 11.30am: Generation #Decarbonation: Testimonies from #Pioneers of decarbonated aviation
In this first conference, “pioneers” of low-carbon aviation from companies such as Aura Aero, ATR, Safran Electrical Power and Ratier-Figeac will share their experiences. They will illustrate how their work is helping to transform the aviation industry. These testimonials will provide an opportunity to discuss the challenges faced and the opportunities that these issues represent for the new generation.
Speakers:
- Camille MARGOUT, Automatic & Electronic Student at INSA Toulouse, Aura Aero
- Carla VEINE, Mechanic, ATR
- Céline COLONNA CECCALDI, Head of CSR, Safran Electrical Power
- Mylène PONGERARD, Methods/production engineer, Ratier-Figeac
Sequence 2 from 11.30am to 12pm: Generation #Decarbonation: Focus on the #Technos of tomorrow’s aircraft
This second highlight will focus on some very concrete examples of technological innovations that are shaping the aircraft of the future. Speakers from Latecoere, Sogeclair, Daher and Ascendance will detail the technical advances and disruptive technologies that will make aviation cleaner and more efficient.
Speakers:
- Camille HERRERO, Cybersecurity engineer, Latecoere
- Amélie BRIENTIN, Head of R&D and New Project, Sogeclair
- Paul D’ARPIANY, Mechanical & Electrical Syst. Designer, Daher
- Victor HEINTZ, Power Generation System Engineer, Ascendance
Session 3 from 12pm to 12.30pm: Generation #Decarbonation: Aerospace as a solution to tomorrow’s #Challenges
To round off this sequence, speakers from ADS, CNES, ATR and Airbus Atlantic will explore how the aerospace sector can meet the major challenges of tomorrow, particularly those linked to decarbonisation. Aerospace plays a crucial role not only in technological innovation but also in developing long-term solutions for the ecological transition, contributing to a more sustainable and resilient economy.
Speakers:
- Mélanie LEBAS, Satellite avionics test engineer atAirbus Defence and Space
- Aurélie BORNOT, Researcher at CNES
- Samir RAHMOUNI, ATR
- Alexis PIERUNEK, Calculation Engineer et Essais R&T Composite, Airbus Atlantic
With these conferences, TOMPASSE hopes to encourage a collective reflection on the future of aerospace and its key role in the ecological transition, while inspiring the younger generations to invest in this path.
