Balanced approach study
On 06 November, TOMPASSE members had the honour of welcoming Ms Christine COURADE (Toulouse-Blagnac Airport) and Mr Nicolas DUBOIS (DSAC-Sud) to discuss the study of a balanced approach to the issue of air pollution at the Toulouse-Blagnac airport. The study is due to be launched at the airport’s next Consultative Commission on the Environment.
The CEC is made up of three colleges, each with 14 members:
- Aeronautical professions (unions, airlines, Airbus, Toulouse-Blagnac airport management);
- Local authorities (town halls, General Council, Regional Council);
- Associations (local residents, environmental protection).
In addition, government representatives (DDE, DSAC Sud, DREAL) sit on the committee without voting rights. It is chaired by the Prefect of Haute-Garonne.
